Important Notice: Winter Weather Conditions

Due to winter weather conditions across the Southeast this week, some customers scheduled to ship from our Nashville distribution center may experience a delay in receiving their shipment. All carriers are running at reduced capacity and limited schedules. Preferred Medical Customer Service continues to remain operational and will respond to emails and phone calls at (800) 722-7865.

What conditions must be met in order to request a price match with Wolf Medical?

  • Products must be eligible for Price Match.
  • Customer must provide a copy of their invoice (no older than 60 days) or screenshot/printout from a qualifying competitor’s website.
  • Must indicate if price is inclusive or exclusive of freight.
  • Price must be valid at the time the price match is requested.
  • Quantity Break pricing must be equivalent.
  • Item must be Identical to the competitor's product in terms of spec and quality.
  • Wolf Medical Supply has the final decision for matching a price.
